It happened on September 8, 2006! We were in Downtown Naperville sitting in his car. He said he wanted to go for a walk and talk. We got out of the car and went to start walking, he grabbed my hand and told me how much he loved me. He pulled out the ring he had purchased and asked me if I would marry him. It was beautiful. I was shocked by how beautiful the ring was and that he asked me to marry him. Obviously I said yes…and now we’re in the planning process.
